Our bartenders are constantly creating new recipes in an attempt to find the new classic. Of the many that didn't make the cut, here are the ones that did. Don't be surprised if you see these at various cocktail dens throughout the world in the coming years....or days.

sours and flips
Sours and Flips are both classic styles of cocktail design. "Sours" are drinks with lemon or lime juice as a main ingredient, increasing the tart flavor of the cocktail. Flips always incorporate the use of an egg or egg white, giving a frothy, frappé like consistency.

The cocktail revolution of late is not a revolution at all. These drinks, or some variation of them, have been served all over the world since they were invented. Although easy to get wrong, they're even easier to get right given that most of them have very few ingredients and are simply made.

highballs
"Highball" refers to the type of glass these drinks are served in - typically a medium to tall glass filled with ice. We include our copper mugs in this category. Highballs are usually made with many different ingredients and offer a refershing, summertime feel to them - although perfect for any weather.

kon-tiki / aperitifs / beer
People normally associate "tiki" drinks with fruity, frozen concoctions to sip while lounging pool side. After World War II, GI's brought home stories and recipes that were popular in Polynesian culture. Made popular state-side in California, we preserve the tradition of Donn Beach and Trader Vic who both claim to have invented the mai-tai. Our take (the Muay-Thai) is more challenging and very different, but equally refreshing.
The apertifs we offer are meant to either begin or end an evening. Good for digestion yet equally effective in whetting the palette, these drinks are easy to take down - but meant to be enjoyed slowly.
We are constantly rotating our beer selection, but here we list some staples. Check the chalk for our seasonal and specialty brews.

bites
We refused to put a single item on our food menu that wasn't absolutlely perfect. Although we're limited in terms of the number or items that we offer, each of them is unique and stands alone. Prepared with time and care, using 90% organic and natural ingredients, the flavors speak for themselves.
